Next Order of Business: Planning
Now that we not only have one, but two possible venues, let’s talk what we want to do there. I have no idea what the skill level of the people attending is. For me, when I regiestered a month ago I had never even made a program, and I had no idea how to program. Luckily, programming for the Pre is quite easy and with determination I was able to quickly go from 0 to 60. That being said I expect to see a variety of skill level AND skills.
Some possible activites :
- Getting the SDK set up – emulator, eclipse, komodo w/ webos toolbox
- Hello World App – just the basics
- Make an App using a Mojo Service – I have already made test apps using gps and accelometer
- Make a game – I am currently developing a BreakOut clone and I plan to submit it to pDC app contest
- Comment below/Email me with Ideas!
So, I want EVERYONE who is planning to come to report back (either via email or comment) with what you what to see happen. Even if you don’t care what goes down and just are along for the ride, tell us that.
-Max

I’m trying to find a way to get there, I kind of want to show off the add-on for Komodo. But it’s a 2 and half hour drive.
I’ll see how this goes no promises. If not users should see the alpha showing up in around a week.
Good luck to you guys.
